The atelier
One bench, one jeweller, one piece at a time
CloudJew began the way most small ateliers do: one bench, a loupe, and a stubborn preference for doing the setting by hand rather than sending it out. That has not changed. Every piece that leaves here has been under one pair of hands from the wax to the final polish.
We keep a small case of finished work and we make the rest to order. If you arrive with a stone from your grandmother, a photograph, or nothing but a rough idea, that is the normal starting point rather than the difficult one.
- Recut, reset and restore existing pieces — including inherited stones
- Ring sizing, re-tipping and rhodium finishing while you wait, where possible
- Traceable stones with certification on request for anything over 0.50 ct

From list to bench

Build your list
Add anything that interests you to the enquiry list. It is a shortlist, not a basket — nothing is reserved and nothing is charged.

Send the enquiry
Tell us your name, how to reach you and what you are actually after. The list travels with the message so we know what you were looking at.

We answer properly
Within one working day: availability, sizing, what can be adapted, and a firm price. Then an appointment, in the atelier or by video.

Made, then handed over
Made-to-order pieces take four to eight weeks. Payment, when it happens, happens in person or by invoice — never through this website.
